You must submit a completed application form with a deposit to join any trip. If you prefer to apply at your leisure by postal mail or FAX, just download and complete an application — submit it with your trip deposit and passport copy. A copy of the correct application for your trip can be found at the bottom of each trip description page. Postal mail and FAX may be used to send us any trip documents except: passport copies sent by FAX cannot be accepted (but a clear and sharp photocopy may be sent to us by postal mail).
